The design that comes from an idea
The creation of a new helmet starts from an idea, a sketch provided to us. Through a brainstorming activity we collect all the characteristics that the final product must have, and we create a master, a handcrafted product, where the mastery of our team is combined with a deep knowledge of safety standards and ventilation principles to create a helmet that meets aesthetic and functional needs.
From here, with a process of reverse engineering, we transform the handmade helmet into a 3D drawing and provide it to the customer so to begin mass production.
