Helmets design: our procedure
We work alongside international companies in the development of motorcycle helmets, sports helmets, work helmets and law enforcement helmets, and follow a precise procedure to ensure a high-quality final product.
Everything starts from an idea
Companies that rely on us for the design of their helmets know that they count on a prepared team, so they come with a simple idea of the product they want to create, certain that we will be able to meet their needs. In this first phase of work, the activity of brainstorming and the collection of customer needs is essential to be able to design a product that is up with the times both from an aesthetic and functional point of view.
The creative process generates a master
From the collection of information and the design skills of our team comes to life the master: a handcrafted product, which includes outer shell and visor, and which is carved by hand in resin. The master is submitted to the customer who analyses it and requests for any changes to be made. Our team then improves all the details until obtaining the prototype of the helmet that will go into production.

3D design and reverse engineering
Once the master has been confirmed, it is scanned with optical scanning cameras and through a reverse engineering process all the technical information is gathered to transform it into a 3D mathematical object.
One last check, and production can begin.
Using the files obtained during scanning, we proceed to the creation of prototypes inplastic or synthetic material to further verify the correspondence of the project to the master. When the check is completed, the drawings are provided to the customer who can then start mass production.
